I have had my worse experience with Direct TV, I had requested a service and signed for a period of one year without HD, DVR, wich is a premioum service and requires 2 years commintment. Their service gives the first month of movie chalnels and other features for you to enjoy at no extra charge for the first months, after that period, you/we are supossed to call to cancel; However, I call to cancel those packeges before the period and set up an outmated billing system so they get my payments automatically from my credit card, after three... read full review »
