I experienced the same thing with purchase of 2 samples, then my account was debited the 92.34, then another for $80 something. Had to close my account and reverse charges are pending. Contact took 2 1/2 hours to finally talk to a real person and get an RA number to return the product. What a scam and yes, maybe we are gullible to purchase this type of item but it was not "free" product, it was purchased and no where was there any sort of contract signed for.
