After spending over $2k at best buy this holiday season I attempted to return a malfunctioning product. After waiting about 10 minutes at the return desk I was sent to the "Geek Squad" guy, after another wait he informed me he could not fix it and smugly stated I should have bought a warranty. If he can't fix it, they will not accept it. Just horrible customer service. I do not know if this is Best Buy company policy or just Valdosta location. Either way, they have lost a very good customer. read full review »
