I bought and paid for an XPS 410 computer and now that it is on it's extended warranty, they have kept it for 4 months and I keep getting the run around when I call or go by to see what progress is being done. The sales people tell me it is in service, for 4 months, get real. My wife and I have bought many items from Aaron's in the 10 years we have done business with this company, but we will no longer patronize this store or recommend it to anyone anymore. read full review »
