I have no Idea where this happened. But I read someone say it at a payday loan site Running a scam. They signed me up for this club nonsense. And they charged me a 19.63 setup fee plus they charge 24.95 per month to Shop on a a scam website. I never sign up for that stuff. Then they refuse to give you a refund, but they let you cancel your account with them and then the bank tells you its permitted by the Federal Goverment.I've gotten trapped like this three times at different websites, in the last two months, What are we supposed to do... read full review »
