Purchased a buggy from them this year. After some use, I needed a front rim for it. GIO could not get a new rim for three months. It had to be shipped in from China. I am finding parts are unique and MUST be ordered only from GIO. What makes it worse, is that actually contacting someone from GIO is very difficult. They never seem to answer the phone. For a small item like this, GIO insisted it had to be shipped to me. I was not able to pick it up. A VERY unhappy customer. read full review »
