Andy Schott, CEO operates a Medicare Home Health agency with only one priority, filling his bank account at any cost. His agency has the most AHCA complaints in year 2009, worst patient satisfaction record, worst managed client care, poorly management of employees and worst in house employee satisfaction. Not to mention, knowledgeable employees are considered a threat and dealt with by terminating them or they resign quickly. All for one has the worst employee retention record, except for the employees that are promised shares in the company.
