Green Initiatives LLC through Payment One placed a fee of $ 49.99 on my company AT&T phone bill. Rep from Green Initiatives stated that an employee authorized the billing. This employee is a young person answering the phone and does not have permission to authorize charges. It was canceled but they refused to credit my phone bill. After more than an hour on hold between Green Initiatives and AT&T, a credit was approved; however, Green Initiatives threaten to "pursue action against" us. Go ahead...bring it ON!
