When I signed up with Union Telecom, they took a deposit of $40 at the time of signing up. They clearly stated that entire money (deposit) will be refunded back to my credit card account. When I cancelled the account, Union Telecom said they can only give Telephone carf for my deoposit. They'll not return the money to my credit card account.
