I ordered Acai Berry on October 29th, 2008. The acai berry was supposed to ship out within 24 hours. I called the Customer Service line after not receiving my product within 10 days. I then called back on November 17th and still had no acai berry and I told them to cancel all my accounts, and that if any charges were incrued I wanted a refund as I had not even received a trial bottle of the acai berry.
