I contracted to have an extension poured to my patio in order to install an awning. The concrete was supposed to be skreeted smooth. I paid before the job had dried. I noticed that there was a hole in the center of the concrete with dirt showing through. The surfaced had been brushed (poorly) and was not smooth. After calling Mr. Tello, he came out to examine the work during the day when I wasn't home. I had to call again to have him return and speak with me.
