After being ok'd to have VA funding fee returned, i got the "run-around" trying to contact Freedom Mortgage. The VA said the funds were sent to Freedom. 30+ days later, Freedom says that they have no record of receipt. everyone i spoke to at Freedom says that they can't do anything and contact VA. i have tried to spesk with one of their senior employees who i am told has ability to assist, ROSE ANN GOLDBERG, but she would only speak to me through the secretary...not directly. bottom line...DO NOT use FREEDOM MORTGAGE, if you... read full review »
