The worst. Didn't tell me they couldn't deliver (the day before my Mom's 75th birthday!!!) until THAT day, I called right away and no apologies! I should have canceled then! I foolishly decided to use them anyway and have them send the day after her birthday (her birthday was yesterday, Sunday 12/27) and I get an EMAIL SIX HOURS ago, they no longer have what I ordered in stock, so, what would I like to do?
