I never received my order that was placed on August 16, 2009 which I paid for on PayPal - it shows KANOKGRAN CHUREPUGDEE as the person/entity receiving the money . My Order number is 1318. Beautydvd's website states that my Order shipped but I never received any of the 5 videos that I ordered. In the past month I emailed the website and freedom.rung@ hotmail.com 4-5 times to request a response to the outstanding dvd issue. To date I have not received any response whatsoever.
