After assurance that I would have no balance when extending a suspension due to delayed construction, I have a balance. And their automated tele-marketing has been calling me 2-3 times per day with no recording on the other end... just blank. After informing DirecTV that there are multiple problems, they've replied that there is a balance because I canceled my account (wrong) and it will take 2-3 weeks to make the phone calls stop. In my attempt to correct them, my email to them bounced back. I'm looking for alternative providers and will simply go to the pub to watch Sunday Ticket. read full review »
