Received my auto insurace renewal and to my shock they had calculated my annual mileage between 15k & 20k/mi. I've never driven that far in one year. I've been with them for 25 years!! I put some evidence together and call customer service to see who/where I can send it. I'm told that the "underwriting dept. handles that". So I ask for their contact info and I'm told they do not have PHONES, FAX, EMAIL or a MAILING ADDRESS. Imagine how frustrating it is to hear that. read full review »
