I too have had several problems with AES. I borrowed from them to complete my BSN in nursing and before my loan matured I paid this company in full. AES sent me a statement with a balance of $2467.34 so I paid the full amount before the due date. After paying the balance in full AES sent me another bill with a balance of $25.00 due. Does this company just add to the balance of each statement sent out so they can continue to collect money? I disputed the amount and have been harrassed ever since.
