I love the manager of this Dunkin Donuts!! She if very sweet!! The donuts and coffee are always very fresh!! The place is always very clean, and all the employees are clean and nice when I go there!! BUT for about 2 weeks in the month of January 2009 she was working without heat...it was in the teens temperture wise. The police department even reported this information for her. Her boss in Williamsburg, Virginia promised to get her a new heater and it never showed up and then he stopped answering her phone calls!!! I tried to call and the phone line appeared dead.
