I got screwed "big time" recently. Also they lied to me. My vehicle had an intermittent "no crank" problem. I was towed by AAA to one of their repair stations. After 4 or 5 days they said it was the starter. So a new starter was installed. When I went to pick it up, the car would NOT crank, same problem as before, the bill was $330.28 (I had already paid the bill) But they promised to remove the new starter and re-install the "old" one for free and also to remove the $330.28 charge to my credit card.
