I returned an ice maker for replacement or repair while still under warrany. Three weeks later they can't find it (it was delivered UPS, so there's proof), they won't return calls or respond to e-mails. They have no concept of customer service. Just be warned and don't purchase anything from them unless you like throwing money away. read full review »
