I mistakenly purchased the wrong hair product online and wanted to exchange it for the product I REALLY wanted without incurring shipping charges. The shipping charges were rather steep I thought--$12.26 for 8 oz. The product I wanted was actually more expensive. I just wanted to order the new product and swap out the previous product when the UPS delivery person came.
