they offered to let us deed back the house instead of going through a foreclosure, i sent them the keys to house with address where to send papers, they marked envolope return to sender. the following week there where for sale signs all over our house. how can they sell it with it still in our name. then this week i get notice they are forcably putting insurance on the house in our name and adding $3000 to our final bill. they sold it to us with no sewer system, took 18 dump truck loads to clear the debris out of the front yard. the plumbing... read full review »
