My wife just called in tears from LAX where she found that Travelocity booked her into a window seat to China last November--that had already been booked a month earlier by someone else. Korean Airlines first said only a middle seat was left, then later--after tears--found her an aisle seat. Travelocity was snippy when I called, evincing an arrogant "Who Cares? attitude.
