At&t really needs to pick up on it's customer service. Understood that it has gone places with it's marketing strategies and engulfing the IPhone contracts. However, that is probably the only gain they have. I started off with an At&t service 6 years ago and had to cancel my account due to incompetent, unreasonable and rude customer service employees on the phone.
