I have had my American Express card for several years. Card has always had a small balance on it, a very small percentage of available credit. Payments always made on time never late. Got a notice my credit line was reduced significantly and called the company. Ended up with a foreigner in another country reading from a script.Told me it would be one of several reasons he noted but could not tell me exactly which one.
