We ordered a pair of ugg boots from this website on/about 12/3/09. After following up with the website 2 times, we received an email dated 12/15 stating we will receive he item in seven days. Needless to say, we never received the item. When I checked the website today, it no longer exists. It is a fraudulent website created to scam customers out of their money. Now that christmas is over, the website is defunct. We have no way of getting our money back. The company is based in Singapore/China I believe. read full review »
