i also just saw that i have an unauthorized deduction of $12.99. This is ridiculous!!! i tried calling them, but it's just keeps ringing busy. I'm very pissed and want to take these assholes down because thats not right! If anyone can help, please let me know! This also happened with something called 'web discount' where they took out $22.99. I checked my bank online and it had 2 checks there...i don't write checks ever.
