Never received the promised "gift" even though its been about 8 weeks, when I called to check up, turns out I was supposed to complete a "two-step" process to get the iPod they promised. Then they offered 100 dollars worth of "rebates" to try to keep me from canceling. I already emailed them, and complained with the BBB; which I anyone who has been cheated by them to do.
