Having spent in excess of $600 on goods in Costco I knew I would have to have customer service give me these items. In Costco they usually have a cardboard descriptor - for large value items- which you hand to the cashier. When I went to pay the cashier took the descriptor and then proceeded to charge me. When I asked how I was to collect the items - as she had taken away the descriptor - she pointed to the front of the store and said go there when you have paid.
