I received a beautiful Fossil watch from my husband for Christmas (2009) and was told it was waterproof up to 100 metres. Went for a swim where the pool is at it deepest about 1.8m and when I check the time, had water in the watch and then took it off and now it doesn't work. Took it back to American Swiss and they advised that the repairs workshop was only open on 15th January 2010. They then advised that they would source a new one from another store ... so now I wait.
