On November 27 I made an online order. Starting December 16 I started calling and emailing trying to locate the items. Every other day I called or email and received the run around. I was told multiple times that they called the factory and verified that the items were shipped out and would be here by the 24th. Still nothing. I called today and guess what. The order was never shipped out and now they are out of stock. So other than wasting many many hours trying to get information on my order I have nothing to show for it.
