Before signing up and paying, I searched their site for a particular file which the search function showed they had and was available for immediate download. I signed up, paid for the service, logged in and the files were no longer there. I could do the same search and they did not come up. So I did a test. I logged out and searched on "blue peppermint test" and the site showed 4 files all formatted exactly as the other ones had displayed as being there. There is no blue peppermint test.
