I ordered a hot tub/spa on Aug 4th 2009. I was advised of a delevery of 8 wks (roughly Oct 4). As of this date, (Dec 28, 2009), I have yet to recieve my spa. During this time the company did not contact me and when I contacted them, they give conflicting stories as to the reason for the dalay, (exp: 2 month hold up for customs). Only after telling them that I would be contacting the local police department, did they agree to and ship my spa.
