AllHeart has the worst customer service in the world. Their website, on checkout, specifically says that orders shipped to a commercial address would be shipped Fedex Commercial Ground, as part of the basic Ground shipping option. So I selected that option, gave my business address that has almost daily commercial ground Fedex deliveries, and waited. It turns out they shipped it Fedex SmartPost, which they claim delivers within 8 business days (10 now and counting).
