Good morning, Not sure if a refund is possible however I felt it was worth the effort. I purchased a phone card at Walgreens in Natick, MA on October 2009 for my son who (unfortunately) is incarcerated. I mailed the phone card to him for his use. The prison denied him the card and returned it to me. My dilemma is I have absolutely no use for this card? I would never use it and do not know anyone that would.
