I was supposed to be charges $2.95 and was charged that plus $.09 and $58.61. When I called the number on my bank statement they told me that the charge of $.09 was from my bank because the money went to an offshore account. The other charge of $58.61 was for a trial period in which I did not even recieve the CD. They told me they could not do anything because they were just an answering service for the company and I would have to EMAIL the company to speak to the billing department because they did not have a phone number!!!
