Long story short...we booked an overnight stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Cancun. We chose the Marriott because we trust the chain and because they offered a free airport shuttle. Upon arrival I realized I had misplaced the number to call for the shuttle but I wasn't worried because Marriott is such an honorable chain. After exiting baggage claim I searched for over an hour for someone to help me with a phone or contact info for the Courtyard Marriott.
