Galaxy Cleaners in Agoura Hills, CA lost my $394.00 dress and tried to give me a different dress saying their computer "never makes mistakes!" Beware this dry cleaners! We had been going there many years with no problems. They basically said, "Too bad!" I brought my dress in and they filed info on their computer.
