Ordered Biz Net Kit and authorized @2.95 to be deducted from mu Chase VISA account. I never received the kit and I called to cancell the first $79.90 charge and get a refund but that never happened. Now there ahave been four such charges against my account and when I spoke to the company rep this AM I was told that they would refund $79.0 but the rest was my problem. read full review »
