My wife, my two young children and I, were rudely awoken by the "Repo" man last night at 11 pm. Apparently, the San Jose Credit Union had sent him to take the car and she had already made this month's payment - they gave us no notice that she was 2 weeks late AND she had already deposited the payment four days ago! Even so, they still saw fit to send someone someone out to knock on our door late at night (trespassing on our property and harrassing us) and tell us they were taking our car.
