Bought some probiotics (Probiotics 10-20) from Vitacost, and while taking Bactrrin for an infection, one night took 2 probiotics of the above and got a severe crampng immediately. My insides wound up bring inflamed for 4-5 days. I made an appt with a gastro Dr. and have an endoscope scheduled soon. My wife took them for a month or so with no roblems, then one night she had a severe abdominal crampng too. So stopped taking them. I don't know if it is a case of some capsules being bad, or the timing of taking them with other things. But the cramping was severe. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing???
