On 12/16/09 I ordered a pair of Dan Post boots as a Christmas gift for my fiance. On 12/23/09 I sent the company an email asking where the boots were since my order was upgraded to FedEx shipping. I never recieved a reply. I tried contacting the company via phone on 12/28/09, but there is no answer. I tried contacting the company via phone again on 12/29/09, still no answer. I did some investigating and found several complaints listed on this site and with the BBB. I have filed a complaint with them.
