I ordered the Suggie blanket ( 4 of them) for a Xmas delivery which did not happen. When the order arrived, there was nothing enclosed on HOW to return and WHERE. Finally, when I obtained (on line AFTER much searching !)) a Customer Service #, my call was placed on HOLD and finally a recording came on playing "that due to the holiday season, we are experienceing a high volume of business and wait time.
