My wife was taken by these people. She saw the ad on the MSN homepage (shame on them). Like others have tried to get refunds, so have I. Just spent about an hour on the phone with them. At first, the person I spoke to said because it was after the trial, there was nothing that could be done except cancel the subscription. Not good enough. Asked for a supervisor and was told there were none available (probably dealing with others trying to cancel and get refunds too).
