Unethical business practice experienced today by this company. It is not possible to speak with someone on the phone, I read through terms of service and billing and did not catch that they automatically set you up for renewal monthly for $30 which is non-refundable. I disabled my subscription but later learned after reading all of the above posts that I also needed to disable my account to prevent further billing.
