I purchase a new 2009 Jeep Wranger -"X" Unlimited for alot of money. I expected the Sales Respresentive and the Sales Manager to give me a good deal, and they came a bunch of crap. I wasn't properly told about their Customer loyality Program, which could have saved me $ 1, 000. I was lied to from the Salesman, concerning the LifeTime Power-Train Warranty. Dell Inc. Respresentatives "Failed" to provide Technical Assistance to the Consumer, furthermore they refused to honor their existing Warranties or agreements with the Consumer. I develop a Software Problem with my personal Desktop Computer at my residence, I required Technical assistance, by having a Technical Assistant; come to my Residence and "Conduct a Full System Recovery".
