Dear Sir, Greetings! I am a free member of PTC/PTR cashmails.org. They have mentioned in there site that free member payment target is $20000. I have completed the target for 5 times, first target completed on july' 2009 and sent the payment request but till date nither I have receive the payment nor any response after sending 200 reminder emails.
