The company took my order and began the trial period at the time of the order. By the time the product arrived, the trial period was over...therefore my credit card was charged. I called to ask for my membership to be cancelled. The agent informed me that I would not be charded. I was of course. I asked if I should return the product, she said no, so I did not. When I received my credit card statement, I saw the charge. When I called, I was informed that my cancellation was after the trial period at that I should have returned the product within the 30 days to have received a refund, This is a scam.
