Just got off the phone with Mediacom's joke of a customer service. (Iris was her name.) Business must be booming for them if they can afford to treat every customers with such a cavalier attitude. No wonder they have dropped the customer satisfaction questions from the end of their calls. If I had any alternative I would use it in a heartbeat. read full review »
