We have had nothing but trouble from the time we first took out our mortgage with USAA. They immediately transferred servicing to PHH. The first year our payment was the amount we signed on for. After the first year it shot up 300 dollars a month and it is a fixed VA Loan. We struggled to make the payments which is not what we signed on for either way we used everything in our savings and my husbands retirement to keep the loan current.
